The minimum system requirements is 256 MB of RAM memory and 2.7 GB hard disk size. Because it is debian based linux distribution. Select Linux as Type from the drop down and select Debian(64bit) as version and click Next button. Name your new virtual machine OS name as antiX, then choose your Virtual machine path where you want to save the virtual OS.
